The following items are available at the Clarence Brown Conference Center – a convenient and economical alternative to outside rentals. Note: dining tables and banquet chairs are included in room rental.

  • Dance Floor – Dance the night away on our dance floors – both 20’x20′ and 40’x40′ are available for rent.
  • Pipe and Drape – black pipe and drape is available in in 8′ and 18′ heights.

  • Stage and Riser – The center’s portable stage is available for rent in 4×8′ sections with a maximum presentation of 16’x48′, 30″ high, with dual stairs. Black skirting is included. Risers are available in 8″ or 16″ heights. Black skirting is included.
  • Specialty Seating – Chiavari Chairs, gold and mahogany, cream colored chair pads
  • Tables/Dining – Both 60″ and 72″ rounds, and six-foot and eight-foot banquet tables. (Included in room rental)
  • Table Linens
    Rounds for 60″ and 72″ tables available in black, white, ivory, and khaki; Floor length in white and black;
    Square Overlays available in red, black, green, chocolate brown and white; Runners in silver and gold;
    Napkins available in red, white, black, royal blue, harvest gold, burgandy, and hunter green linen;
    Banquet table linens (rectangular) available in black, white and khaki;
  • Table Settings – China, flatware and glassware is available in a complete setting package, or a la cart. Wine glasses, cream & sugar, salt & pepper, sweetener caddy, land table numbers are available also.
  • Tables/Specialty – Chill & Fill Tables, Serpentine Tables, Highboys (with or without up-lighting) with spandex covers in a choice of black, white, brown and lime green.
